Hi, my name is Aidan Cruickshank - thank you for visiting my site! I am currently a computational associate at the Broad Institute of Harvard and MIT in the Manguso Lab (Harvard and MGH affiliated). Our lab focuses on the discovery and functional characterization of new immunotherapy targets using a variety of technologies including in vivo CRISPR screens, Perturbseq, multimodal single cell sequencing, as well as other new and emerging technologies. While working in the Manguso lab, I simultaneously completed my MSc in Human Genetics at McGill University where my focus was on the application of whole genome sequencing to breast cancer patients in a cohort recruited through the RVH Breast Clinic. This was completed as part of a collaboration between the Tonin lab at the RI-MUHC and the Advanced Genomic Technologies Lab (Ragoussis lab) at the Institute of Genomic Medicine.
